SLAL Anim Starters + SexLab not working

Basically whenever I try to start a sexlab animation nothing happens, its not like a FNIS issue where the scene starts and they just stand there with noise, whenever I use a animation starter like SLAS I'd use the Victim and Actor magic tools to add my actors but when I shout nothing happpens, it resets the actor but nothing at all happens, BUT when I use Zzz or MatchMaker the animation starts but I just end up floating off the map.  Some guy told me my load order was messed up so I tried using LOOT to fix but didn't work, I'm also not too familiar with load orders  a lot of people recommend LOOT to autosort so I've just been doing that also I'm using Vortex Skyrim 1.6.640 SKSE 2.2.6

Hey, in case you are still in need of help, I just fixed a similar issue for my game with Sexlab scenes not starting.

For me, it was because of Sexlab Cum Overlays Extended. That mod overrides the actor library and was messing everything up because it was out of date. If you are using that mod, make sure it is the latest version. If it's not, update it or remove it, then run loot and FNIS again. This is what fixed it for me.
