Help adjusting character to go up in sexlab animation

i'm currently writing a erotic story in skyrim, but i'm using a different sized character, my follower is 1.5 times taller than me so i turned off synced height animations and now i have to adjust the sliders of each sex animation to make sense, my character needs to go up most of the time thing is when i select actor by pressing N by default it's set to be my follower, and when i press K it selects me, thing is after pressing K i can move forward and backwards but not up or down, so i looked up an old topic someone mentioned switching to character 2 by pressing k disables the up and down movement in between scenes, so is there a way i can fix  this? or maybe to make sexlab select my character as character 1 instead of 2?
