Are these errors harmless? Or they're the ones causing crashes?

I'm on a quest to clean up my game since it's been crashing randomly so much. I have removed a lot of mods that I suspected were the cause, have also cleaned up the overwrite folder from all the old outfit meshes etc. But the crazy thing is, I'd start a game, still in Skyrim's Unbound cell, save it, exit the game, load the save and then crash. It's crazy. As I was scouring around I found a hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.log that contained a bunch of errors regarding a specific hair and wings that I've been using for pretty much all the playthroughs. I have seen in recent crash logs hdtSkinnedMeshMemPatch.dll or something being mentioned. Not in all of them but some crashes apparently were from it. the hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.log ends with this line "unknown element - penetration". Anyways here's the full log:
