Restrict animations by specific NPC

I installed a mod that adds a few goblin girls into my game as followers, but they're very short. It suits them well but most animations don't line up. Is there a mod that can restrict the SL animations they can take part in so that when I play I don't have to manually switch them over to one that actually lines up? Not something that restricts by gender, i just want it for this one NPC. On SE
