 in   Fallout4Custom.ini: i white
    [Launcher]
    bEnableFileSelection=1
   in  \Fallout4Custom.ini:
   [Archive]
    bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
    sResourceDataDirsFinal=

   the mod  menu  wont appear in game
 see 
 what happen ?

Fallout modding don't consist only with these lines in fallout4custom.ini. You need minimum requirements for modding - mod manager, F4SE. You can follow this manual, if you want nsfw content.

Not really. Install Bodyslide at first. Then check requirements for bodies and install bodies. Step by step. And double check hard requirements for every mod. If you want working nsfw content then read that manual slow and carefully. And add mods step by step. Mod -> check in game. Mod - check. Because it will be easier later to deal with problems/issues if something will go wrong. AAF mods/animations/etc should go at the bottom in your modlist.

Oh. If you are in VR then there might be problems. I'm not really sure about Fallout 4 VR nsfw content and modding

Yes. But as I said - I don't know anything about Fallout VR. There might be some mods which is not compatible. Before installing check mods if they are compatible with VR.
