NPC swaps like the various Youtube videos? And manipulating affinity/skipping to scenes?

Does anyone have any idea how the videos where NPCs are swapped is accomplished, please? Such as having Shadowheart grab Tav by the chin before kissing her (it's actually a unique scene where Astarion will grab a PC Karlach), say replacing Karlach with Orin in her bedroom scene, of Minathra with basically anyone else for her afterparty scene? 

 

The various transform rings and spells kind of work for playable characters, but, NPCs like Orin or Mizora won't strip out of their outfits typically. So I'm guessing they use commands or custom mods.

 

Also, I'm trying to put together a collection of interesting scenes and couplings, but as much as I love the game I don't want to be playing for 10 hours at a time to get to one or two scenes in Act 3. Has anyone found a way to manipulate companion affinity and skip ahead via mods or commands?
