Random CTD

Helloo im currently working on a Modpack that basically turns fallout into stalker and im having a issue where im getting random CTD's. I have uninstalled some mods that i felt like werent necessary and ive run LOOT and have no errors so im not sure whats the cause. Most of my mods are actually weapon mods so not sure whats doing it and would really love some help as im really stumped. Below is my mod list order.

HI. To say that your build contains mostly weapon plugins is an understatement. Weapons have just as much chance of breaking the game as anything else. For example, the last bug with one weapon mod that I personally had was related to the distribution of this weapon to NPCs. I received CTD when approaching any zone where there was an NPC with this weapon. The weapon works correctly if the main character uses it, but problems arise if it is in the hands of an NPC.
