How to start creating custom lot trait with WW integration?

Ok, so I know how to make custom lot traits using all the in-game features. But let's say I'd like to create a custom one using a feature from WW, like upon entering a lot all sims have to strip their pants. Not fully nude, just remove this one piece of clothing. Would it be possible? And if yes, how do I bring WW to mod constructor? I can't seem to find anything on this subject, but I might not be going deep enough in my research. Any help is appreciated.
