Looking for a way to lock equipment so it cant be unequip

i'm using some piercing equipment from easy girl on NPC, the only problem is, it'll get unequip whenever that NPC get naked for whatever reason, is there a mod that allow me to mark certain item as unequippable or nostrip  so it cant be taken off via the usual means? thanks.
