Reduce Floppy Shlong during SL Scene

I've wanted to reduce or just get rid of how much sway or "floppyness" the shlong has in this modpack for a while now along with many other people but we dont know where to change it. The link below shows what i mean - I'd like to reduce or get it of it (make it straight and rigid). Modpack is Tahrovin (even tahrovin discord doesnt know so im posting here) and it uses SL and SOS. i can provide more mod details as well thanks in advance:
