"Tyrant" side effect?

Suddenly, the "Tyrant" side effect is listed with my character. Seem to have missed where it came from. Could someone explain?

Its added by SWP Nanobots. I think it gives you the power to edge your partners orgasm meter to zero, allowing your character to make sex last for longer

Does it have something to do with the PC being attacked in the bar in male form?

The SWP mod has a lot of possible side effects.  I think around 20.  Some are fairly easy to get.  Others are broken and currently impossible to get.  Most require very specific circumstances to acquire those mods.
