This mod has two gameplay traits that has to be cheated to apply, by shift clicking your active sim, cheat sim info, add trait. The meaty body trait is to be applied to the one who has this physical feature and the lover is to be applied to the sim who loves such feature. When the meaty body lover is around the sim who has meaty body, he will have a flirty buff immediately, finding it attractive and beautiful.
