There is any way to prevent changing animation between npc-npc sim sex ?

I want the ww animation between npc-npc sim to be fixed. 

But I think there is no option. I set the duration between npc sim 999, It has nothing to do with changing animation.

Threre is a option for controlled progression, but it did not work for npc sim, just play sim.

Is it out of control?
