unreal engine What tools to use for UE5 games?

Hey everyone,

 

So i want to try and hopefully do an easy mod for a game that is made in Unreal Engine 5. All i want to do is remove an outfit from the game so it loads the body without the cloths. The outfit is just some panties and a semi transparent nightgown. So im hoping if i can get the tools needed to open the games files i can edit the textures for the panties and nightgown and leave them blank or fully transparent. Then repack the files and drop the modded files back in to the games "pak" folder.

 

I have been googling for awhile but i cant seem to find the tools i need for UE5, can anyone here help me out.
