To all of you Wolvenkit Wizards, Help needed with mesh/texture issue

I have this issue where, when I get close to a modded NPC (attached Screenshot with Panam) I get this nightmare fuel where the Head mesh vanishes. Does anyone know what I have to do to force the mesh to stay in place? I also have attached the corresponding .app component entry.
