Draining mods wont work

Just wondering if anyone else had encountered this and has any advice? I was planning a deadly Succubus playthrough and can't get it to kill NPCs via sex. I've tried with The Ancient Profession's Succubus System, Children of Lillith, Sexlab Deadly Drain SE and Succubus Heart, won't work on any of them so the problem has got to be with my set up not the mods themselves. But I've hardly changed my load order in over a year and all of these worked before. I have all the hard requirement mods for these. Anyone else encountered something like this? 

 

Edit: I am getting "warning - access internal faction 'animation faction" appear when I open up the console.

It works best when the NPC's HP is low . I suggest trying to lower the NPC's life first.( you should have the red visual effect )

For a kill you should have the blue visual effect

Also , some NPCs , cannot be killed because they are related to the plot . You have to see how the mod is configured

 

When you attempt the Drain to kill ( with key of activation ) , a message should appear that you have decided to kill it . If , you take back the key , you should have a message that you decided to spare his life
