Mouth and cock not aligned during oral?

I'm not using any cc or mods that changes the height of a sim but for some reason the mouth is higher and cock is lower, it's like the cock is hitting her chin.. even when giving him a handjob it is not right as well.. this usually happens when I just newly adjust a sims penis sizes(length, girth)

Depends on which penis you used. This is pretty close to spec, so we have to accept it. To avoid this, you will need to use a standard-sized Sim or forgo the penis slider.
Speaking of technical issues, the penis slider is forced to adjust by scaling the bones. Therefore, it is assumed that sensitive issues such as clipping are ignored.
Also, these settings determine which parts should be enlarged based on UV information. The position of the UV on the penis is not fixed and varies.
Noir's penis structure looks like there is a hole in the crotch, but the penis position is fixed. Simdulgence and my penis avoids it, but the penis position fluctuates causing ripping.

So you have to accept it.

I see thanks for responding, I am using simdulgence penis selectors and I notice that it happens when you put the girth to over 80%
