Using some rough estimates:

 

1. 5 slots: 5!5! (5 factorial) ways to arrange the slots.
2. Each slot has 80 items: 805805 ways to choose an item for each slot.
3. Each item has 5 colors: 5555 ways to choose a color for each item.
4. There are 100 colors to choose from for each item: 10051005 ways to choose a color for each item.

Therefore, the total number of permutations is given by the product of these:

Total permutations=5!×805×55×1005Total permutations=5!×805×55×1005

 

5!×805×55×1005 = 5339565000
