Losing Modded Armor Textures When Re-dressing

I have a problem with losing the textures on modded armor after animations end and characters get dressed. The problem is only with armor from additional mods, works fine if wearing the default Bethesda stuff. It doesn't make any difference what mod it is either. Sometimes I can get the textures back by going into the inventory, changing to a default armor, then changing back. Usually though, it requires exiting Skyrim and re-loading a save. I have the sexlab mods at the bottom of my load order and don't have too many problems with animations playing. Any help would be appreciated.
