[search] nps don't leave their jobs.

Looking for a mod that makes nps not leave their allotted places. 
The essence of the problem is as follows. I come home, and there is not a single shopkeeper, raiders attack and all as a herd of sheep run to fight back. I want them to sit where they're told to sit, and let the guards do the defensive work.

Or I have a mod for the raiders (slaves) and I want them to sit in cages, and not run out when we are attacked...
