Sexlab Defeat but ONLY followers get raped (player watches)

I've been playing around with Defeat's settings and searching for alternatives but really I would like it so that only my followers get raped while my male player character watches on his knees. Surrendering and being beaten in combat both result in my player getting raped, rarely considering any followers. Disabling male checkmarks for creatures and NPC causes everyone to just stand idle and do nothing with only struggle mechanics in place to get my player to get back up (effectively, skipping over any rape sequences). Is there any way to kind of trick the mod out of considering the player character a valid target for defeat and having it go solely for followers?
