Fiives Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 Im having major issues with modding CK3 as some of the mods arent updated to the newest version, but i know that sometimes that dosnt matter. What mods can i use with the most up to date version of the game and have no issues with? 5
Stultus Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 Bump... I stripped mod list down to the bone and I'm still getting CTDs. /Why does Paradox insist on breaking most mods for their games every few months???? 4

Because they insist to keep their code "clean" so they streamline commands or overhaul aspects they are touching due to DLCs. I don't understand why they don't keep the old commands around for legacy. They should trigger the new command when used... Also they used the word flag in many parts (faith, culture, character, law etc.) so they went ahead and replaced flag with a more distinguished name (for example "doctrine=slavery_allowed" instead of "flag=slavery_allowed"). Perhaps new devs in the team had problems to distinguish them or they wanted a new object to recognize where the flag is coming from, so they had to change it... Edited May 28, 2023 by LordDGP 1
