getting a bug where i cant walk, i have to start the forced walk animation in first person. this also happen with drunk walk

There's a bit of a bug in Skyrim where if you apply a strong enough (but nowhere near 100%) slow effect, the player will eventually be unable to move. I would imagine DD being full of these kinds of things, so that's the first thing that comes to mind. Sometimes it's possible to get some momentum in first person and keep it going, sometimes not.
