Characters creating new clothing slots

I haven't played this game in months. Fired it up and now when I start a sex interaction, my character is dressing herself up in an outfit that doesn't exist. When I go into the character editor, it is creating this new, randomized outfit under my "Hot weather, slot 2". This is the first free slot under the hot weather. I should also note that it's 2 days before Christmas, so none of the characters would be willingly choosing to auto dress in hot weather clothing.

 

I can't seem to find any option that is seemingly telling WW to dress my sims up in these outfits. Why is this happening?

Do you have the most current version of WW going? If so sounds like there is a mod conflict and you should do the 50/50 method to find out which mod is causing that.
