Is there a way to import my sims body type into blender to make for custom rigs/animations?

Hey folks,

 

So my sims has a much thicker body type than the skinny models that open up in blender. Is there a way I could import my sims fat ass into blender so I can make custom rigs/animations that look more fitting while they are having sex?
