TV freedom...

Hi guys. Thanks for all that you do. I understand this isn't exactly specific to WW.

 

But being forced to remain in activity for porn to continue is frustrating. Sims can't walk away from any TV without 1st turning TV off. Very unrealistic. A scenario I'm toying with is placing offensively sized TV's in strategic spots all over my brothel/trap house (with, of course, perpetual background action on screens)

 

Honestly surprised it hasn't come up unless I'm somehow missing it... Thought I found a solution here, but it unfortunately only applies to base game channels.

It would be pretty easy to make an add-on for the channels you want, but anyway many porn custom channels simply replace one of the base game channels, so that mod should work perfectly fine for those custom porn channels. Some other custom porn channels such as cinerotique already include an "always on" mod as far as i know, so those should work right away the way you want. 

Is there any porn channel in special that you cannot make it work?

No, I only have a handful right now. I kept my distance from cinerotique because of the seemingly daunting setup among other reasons. Is theirs a good assortment? Any other recommends?

I cannot recommend any because i personally do not use any, so i do not know about how god or bad they are, only how they work ?.

In any case give MizoreYukii's mod a shot, like i said the vast majority of custom channels (including porn channels) simply replace already existing base game channels, so that mod should work for you. And if you have a custom channel that actually adds a new channel to the game just let us know, it would be very easy to make an add-on for it so it would work with Mizori's mod ?

Cinerotique is actually easy to set up and has a wide variety of porn channels that don't mess with the regular channels. It also includes a couple of "always on" flat screen tvs. Recommended.

Boom! Sim is free to do whatever and the TV is still on.

Nice little hack! Thanks for that! ?

 

Though carpal tunnel begins setting in at some point in this game. We definitely don't need more clicks. Lol. One example is how the pie menu completely closes after choosing an option. Very frustrating when it's deeply nested and I had more tasks in mind... but I digress.
