please help with wrye bash

hey all.....I did search the forums but couldn't find what I was looking for....can someone please help me....i'm using nmm to install mods and wrye bash to do a bashed patch and then using boss to control load order...the problem i'm having is I know my saves are supposed to be green but out of 30 saves the top half are orange....which means on wrye bash help page.... The install is dirty. This will occur for packages for which the configuration has been altered (either by altering active sub-packages and esmps, or by altering the package itself). This can be repaired by running Anneal or Anneal All....can anyone PLEASE help me to fix this so I can get my saves back to green? I had to do two fresh installs within the last couple of months because of CTD.....what am I doing wrong??? here's my load order....don't know if this helps....thanks Rich

Are you talking about the saves tab in WB?  A save file with an orange checkbox means the load order recorded in the save does not match the load order currently set.  It could be either Boss changing the order or a result of you removing installed mods. Anneal only works if you are using WB to install mods. Since you're using NMM it won't do anything. Also you should be running Boss before creating a bashed patch.

Thank you so much for replying.....damn....I've been running bashed patch first all this time....also .....if you look at my load order there is a couple of mods that belong on bottom...sexier housecarls and UFO but when I run boss it puts them back up top of load order......how do I keep them where I put them?and the saves that I'm looking at that are orange are in wrye bash......any help or even a link to use to use wyre bash to correct way would be awesome.....I found a thousand links but nothing really explains in detail how to use wrye bash.....thank you so much for your help

Boss Userlist Manager will let you create a custom userlist to adjust how Boss sorts mods.

Since you're just using WB for the bashed patch, it's not really complex.  Just have boss sort your mods and create a new bashed patch. Currently WB for Skyrim only handles leveled lists.

Thank you ....thank you ......thank you....one more question? Before I get to far in game should I go back and load last save that is green or can I continue with these off color saves? Will my game be corrupt the rest of the way if I continue? You're a life saver.....everyone in this website has always been so helpful anytime I have asked for help..... I asked three days ago for help on nexus and not one person offered anything

If it's just because of load order you should be ok. If it's missing mods you could have trouble if those mods had scripts.
