At first I thought I was crazy. But I'm not. So, I buffed my gear with my smithing gear on and I got to decent values like here:

But after a while they revert to a set value like here:

And I don't know what's going on. I thought what you made with your smithing gear sticks permanently. And this is not just weapons but armor too, everything.

 

EDIT: No, it's just the weapons that have this. I also forgot to say that I'm using an advanced grindstone from Ordinator mod. Maybe that has something to do with this. Maybe it's bugged.

I not think so. I have Advanced Grindstone from Ordinator and not see any weird things.

 

What you must see is the lower rigth zone of yours screenshots. Seems that you have NOT notice that the first say 223(+112) while the second say 338(-253)

I think that is caused because your proficency in Two Hand Weapons have been dinamicaly changed, probably by a mod or by a potion.

Change your inventory to the magic section and look in the last tab what magic effects are affecting your player.

If you not want that changes search in your mod list what mod can make that things and disable it.

All the refered patches and fixes by the peolple that asnwer to this post are related to:

"Weapon enchantments to drain more charges, and increase drastically in price, after the game is reloaded."

 

That is a real problem in the Base Game where, when you load the savegame, the number of charges in the enchanted weapons normally is cero = 0

 

But none of that refered patches are related to your exact problem: BASE DAMAGE of the weapon.

As far as I know, the base damage is a static value in the esp and the only thing that effects it is perks and magic effects. Perks also being static in the sense that you can't change their magnitude by script. So that pretty much only leaves bugged enchantments, thus these recommendations. You may however be partially correct in that these plugins will not fix it as they may only be dealing with weapon enchantments. But it's the closest thing I can think of, besides it's an easy thing to test. If these plugins do not fix the issue then I'm out of ideas, other than that it's a plugin doing it. For instance, a disease mod could be doing it, where it is incrementally swapping out diseases for more potent ones to simulate a disease getting worse over time. Rockjoint reduces weapon damage, no?

 

Edit: Forgot to mention, the plugins recommended here do not only affect the price value of enchanted items. As far as I know they have some effect on the number of uses as well. So there is some more widespread underlying issue here than just the gold value.

That is the only way to change the BASE DAMAGE of the weapons and is made executing a papyrus command like:

Player.RestoreAv("TwoHanded", 112)

Player.DamageAv("TwoHanded", 253)

 

Also, can be made with magic effect like potions or spells that dinamically change the values and automatically restore it when the spell or the potion disapear.
