PAHE add-on or mod to make NPCs willing slaves/subs?

I'm looking for a mod (or add-on) that basically lets me have some of the functions of PAHE, such as having NPCs do what I say and wear collars and allow me to do aggressive sex with them, etc. But I would to not have to capture them by attacking them and train them into submission by violence, I would like them to be basically willing to be my player character's sub/slave.

 

Is there a way to do that? 

 

Maybe an add-on that adds spells or something to makes an NPC automatically enslaved, and toggles off the need to build up submission or use fear.

 

I know there are some mods that let you download submissive followers or sex slave followers but I really like the aspect of PAHE that let's you use it on NPCs.
