Textures stretching out with custom male bodies , maybe a skeleton issue?

Hi everyone,

i am having an issue with custom male bodies on both Atomic Muscle and BodyTalk, when i undress the male character it looks like the image below, i already tried disabling ZeX,Installing either Atomic Muscle or Bodytalk, disabling OCP physics, disabling Zazout , disabling some skeleton adjustments mods and nothings seems to help, the only thing that fix it right now its using the Vanilla body , but come on we are here for reasons, if anyone could take a guess to help me i would appreciate a lot,

Just founded out the problem, Unique NPCs was conflicting with the male body mods,
