CTD near Whiterun

i've lost it, been trying for several days to find what's wrong and i couldn't i really need help. like the Title implies whenever i approach Whiterun (and whiterun alone yes, every other city is fine and doesn't crash and whiterun city itself in the inside is good as well) near the stables the game crashes when a certain area loads , thought it was Sofia or maybe Uthgerd but it didn't seem they were the problem cause their textures and meshes were fine and i tried to teleport them to me and the game didn't crash and their bodies were already loaded.
i tried to circle around Whiterun from the outside everything seems fine everywhere around Whiterun except that specific are, the Khajits Camp to be precise or perhaps something beside them but that's area that causes my CTD, i tried teleporting to whiterun then leaving via the gate, tried the prid Ref ID and disabled them from existence still getting that damned crash, a help would really be appreciated. keep in mind that i already used LOOT to arrange my load order for me.

This horse caused issues. 

you mean c5kev HMP ? i believe it doesn't add any horses there.

Install the crash logger. Get the game to crash. Check the path indicated in the crash logger's mod description for a crash_* file with a matching date. Upload it here.

 

If you get no such file then you had a handled (as opposed to an unhandled) crash which resulted in the application terminating. Visually identical to an unhandled crash, but technically very different, and a lot more difficult to debug.

i did that but it never mentions anything in the crash log there.

yes, but i discovered what was causing it eventually thanks to TIam99

Buddyy, i can't thank you enough, i swear i'd have been running in circles thinking it was IC or Sos was the reason if it were not for you, you're a lifesaver , disabled it and it didn't crash there. i ll try to figure it out how to remove that horse and keep the armor only.
