[Fallout 4] Exporting full-precision mesh from OS cause CTD in game

So, I got some inspiration lately to make HD head mesh for F4 with all the fancy stuff; but I crushed through a wall of NIF export "optimisation", which completely breaks a mesh. Outfit Studio Full Precision export looked like solution, but it doesn't work - mesh looks nice in NifSkope, but is just strecthed to infinity ingame and very soon game crashes to desktop. What makes me feel that I very very outlooking something is HiPoly faces mod which seem to have full precision HD heads that are working (mine meshes get distorted with non-full-precision export with literally less vertex count).

Anyone here to help me with this? ?

I also did try to export with 3d max plugin and it, as expected, gives me same distorted non-full precision mesh.
