Mod to remove special properties of weapons and armor

Hey guys,

 

I like playing Fallout straight. No HUD, no VAT, no perks that are illogical (e.g. why should my actress suddenly be able to carry more when traveling alone) or that I don't want because the traits are important to me in the game (Adamantium Skeleton or Sneaking Level 2 - is like cheating for me).

 

But what I'm still looking for is a mod that removes all special properties from weapons and armor. I only use the standard weapons and leave all the special ones behind. I'd like to remove them from the game though.

 

Is there such a mod?
