Can't seem to get animations to run

Hey all!

 

Looking for some help as I recently picked up Fallout 4 and wanted to get some of the animations going. I followed the steps here 

 as I couldn't really find anything else that gave a solid order to how to install things so they'll work, so it's likely a conflict that I haven't spotted that's causing animations to not trigger. As is, when I try testing via the 'home' key it'll spawn someone, I can get the menus to pop, and then they'll stand there before partner wanders off...which from experience in Skyrim usually means something doesn't like something else

 

SO! Hoping someone with a bit more experience with the F4 mods can help point out in my load order and such where I've misstepped and what I should trash.
