(Solved) AAF not working despite very minimal setup.

edit: Uninstalling, clearing out anything left in the install folder, and reinstalling worked so I'm guessing I some leftovers from an older mod or older version of f4se or something was messing stuff up. Thanks to anyone who read through this crap in the hopes of helping lol.

 

I've been looking to get back into fallout after a year and a half but can't get AAF to start scenes after updating everything. I've tried starting a new game with fairly few mods but still can't get scenes to start. AAF otherwise seems to start up fine. With my current mod list (see below) I don't get any AAF errors showing up in the admin section of the GUI and positions seem to all be showing up there fine.

 

I've verified the game files in steam but at this point am wondering if I needa delete everything everywhere and start over which will be sooooooo fun.....................................................

 

When I try to set a scene I can see everything there but right arrow does nothing.

 

 

When I use f11 to try and start a quick scene nothing seems to happen although the characters no longer show up in the scene menu so I'm guessing something is starting but getting stuck.
