Advanced Needs 2 - use of gas masks

hey guys, i'm still using AN2, almost perfect for my survival mode playstyle. one thing, however, is a bit uncomfortable.

every time i put on a mask, i can't take it off until i enter another level. buildings or bunkers. No matter how the weather is.

does anyone know a way to circumvent this? For example: nice weather, I put on the mask to walk past a barrel with radioactive waste and I want to take off the mask. Weather didn't change. I get the "bad air" message.

Unfortunately, AN2 is no longer supported since AN76 was introduced. The problem is apparently solved there. However, I like AN2 better.

I also like AN2 but the extensions are quit buggy. i only installed AAF and menstruations so i can't help you with the mask but i managed to make AAF extension to work after making it a standalone mod.

My status is like this at the moment.

 

Expansion 1 - Ghoulification: worked fine in the last game, cool quests.

 

Expansion 2 - Spoilage of food and water: also works well, just sometimes has a problem with the set times. I set the minimum to 6 hours, but sometimes meat spoils almost immediately after the hunt.

Expansion 3 - AAF: Sexual frustration appears in SA but can't pinpoint when that happens. I set male as the preferred partner sex for my actress, but the disadvantage only went away much later after sex. So I don't know if it works properly. Not sure about drug abuse, too rare.

Extension 4 - Menstruation: works fine

Expansion 5 - Gas Masks: I don't currently have it installed because there is no solution. But I will do it again, the feature is actually quite cool, maybe I'll find a way to solve the problem.

 

What does your mod do exactly? Is the AAF extension not working for you?

Never worked for me as is. Did you get the frustration MSG (masturbate, seduce random NPC...) when you get up from sleep or when you drink too much ?

I don't know for sure and I'll keep an eye on it.
I only use sex via SH and occasionally via Rogue Sexbot. The next time I notice the frustration, I'll let you know.

I found a solution to the gas mask problem. If the weather is nice, switch off the extension 5 briefly, remove the gas mask and switch it on again. Is working.

 

But I have another question for you, maybe you can help. There are the speeches given to raiders to encourage them to become settlers. I believe that's one of the Flashy Mods too. However, these speeches disrupt the flow of Raider Pet and I would like to disable them. Do you know which mod is causing this?
