FrozenPudding Posted March 30, 2022 Posted March 30, 2022 Hey guys, so i tried to take a mesh from fallout 4, altered it with blender, exported it via Nifly Addon, so far so good. Problem now is, that the mesh crashes my game if i try to place it from the building menu. I ruled out the most things which could cause this to my knowledge, now I am only left with one big problem. The main model in the nif of my custom object is "NiTriShapeData", while it should be "BSMeshLodTriShapeData". NifSkope can only convert it to "BSSegmentedTriShape". I know, that the meshlodtrishape consists of three "layers" of shapedatas, what I dont know is, how the bunghole i can convert this. I would appreciate any kind of help. Really dont know what to search for anymore.
balu751202 Posted May 27, 2022 Posted May 27, 2022 HI man. Nifly Addon does everything just do not forget to select the TARGET GAME in right side scrolldown window when exporting. There are options and Fallout 4 included recently i converted the tropical skyrim trees to fallout 4 its great now but the phisics you still must add in nifscope. You need Blender 3 ( blender-3.0.0-windows-x64) - https://download.blender.org/release/Blender3.0/ and the latest Nifly (io_scene_nifly.zip) - https://github.com/BadDogSkyrim/PyNifly/releases
