Apply a custom slider range on all sims / townies?

Hey,
It's been a while since I played sims 4, but if I recall correctly with mccc you can setup an individual default range for every slider for random generated sims and you can also overide the slider settings of existing sims with that default range. Is there a mod for sims 3 that does the same?

Edit: You can also import the slider settings of an existing sim to be used as the default.
