What's the current state of adult modding in Fallout 4 VR?

I've tried searching around, but most of the posts are from a year ago or older, and most of the information seems quite out of date. At first, AAF wasn't supported in VR at all because FO4VR didn't have a script extender, but there's a VR specific FO4SE now. Then there was an issue with having the player character be an actor in a scene because of a lack of inverse kinematics, but there's now an IK mod for FO4VR. So I'm wondering where we are with Fallout 4 VR in terms of adult mods? Has anyone here successfully gotten AAF to work in Fallout 4 VR?
