Shouts causing player to drop to ground, interrupting combat and sheathing weapon.

Wondering if anyone has run into this. I tried searching for something but have not come across anything similar yet. (Still Searching).

 

Every time I use a shout, doesn't matter which one my character drops to the ground like they were knocked down. It doesn't seem to be the an issue with anything else bound to Z because if I change it to X it still does it.

 

I am slowly going through all my mods. Large list. But wondered if anyone else has seen this yet?
