hi, um i been using the type 4 cause i like it, but i see so many type 3 outfits and type 6 outfits (was type 1, 2 and 5 ignored)

so can i use type 3 outfits while using type 4? how about type 6 outfits?

basically i want help figuring out how the types work

You need to match the clothing type with the body.

 

Most common for FONV and FO3 is probably still Type 3, followed by type 6.  Type 6 is usually bigger boobs than 3.

I usually make my decision based on clothes/armour you want to use.  

 

The type 4 looks very nice and I did down load it, but will need to wait until I play FONV. I am playing FO3 currently.  There are some unique mods for FO3 not available in Tale Of Two Wastelands and I like to keep the games separate anyway.

 

FONV will eventually be available in FO4.  Project Mohave is partially done and you can try it out for FO4.  Not totally done yet but coming along.

FO3 has been made more stable so it actually runs from Steam now.  Maybe more mods will be written for it or it will move to FO4 as well.

 

I don't know anything about converting clothes from Type 3 to Type 4.   You would need to do that your self.  There may be a "How To" guide somewhere.

Not as easy to convert as FO4 or Skyrim.
