slow loading times after downgrade mod patch

As any sane person who hates Bethesda and would do anything in their power to oppose their stupid forced update, I've utilized halgari's unofficial downgrade patch to un-update skyrim special edition, since I wasn't aware the game was going to update on its own. I'm fairly new to this, so I'm not in the mood for grief please. 

Anyway, patch works to the point where I can play the game again, but now the loading times are taking between 30 -60 seconds every time I enter a different location. I thought I could put up with it, but I absolutely cannot. 

I have restarted my computer, cleaned the disk space, deleted stuff from storage, deleted unused and recent mods, the works. Still unbearable loading times. What do

I would post my load order thing, but apparently that doesn't work either anymore, it won't auto detect the game and I don't know how to change that.
