Why hasn't anyone made any mods for Project Zomboid?

With the animations, the multiplayer coming in and nude mods already on steam, it feels like the game'd be a perfect game for adult mods. Adding new items wouldn't be too hard, I don't think adding animations would be extremely hard either. Is there a reason why no one has done anything? My only idea is that the game's frequently being updated, so maybe people don't want to update mods that much.

Probably because at the moment it is still a solo game (no other survivors besides players). Very little reason to do some pretty pointless emote-actions to a survival game that is pretty much all the time race against the clock. Another reason might be just general lack of interest of skilled perverted modders on the game.
