NPC's having worn, damaged & ruined armor

The topic name says for it self, I kinda dislike the fact that gunrunner personnel has 3 armor sets in their inventories (worn, damaged and ruined).

But the most annoying thing is that females wearing that armor are just floating heads with hands. I have no idea why that is, Ive tried downloading everything I could, if someone could point me to the exact file that fixes this, I would be very grateful.

 

Also, I dont know if the sexout armors are supposed to be in NPC inventories or if thats a bug (I tracked down the armor to sexout common resources) so im gonna post my load order just incase.

EDIT: Sometimes, im dumb, I fixed the floating head and hands. However, I still want the armor to be normal, is that possible?

Wait, how did you fix it? I'm having this issue as well.

You need to go into the SCR options in mcm and disable armor swapping. It is a new feature that they are working on that may be enabled by default.

I'll look into the MCM when I have time, sarfurion, I fixed it by downloading files sexout common recourses need, go to the download page and read what it says on SCR.
