question on camera 3rd p

well is there a way to get 3rd person camera to zoom out to see feet from behind when your running down some road sted being stuck up just below your butt

 

whats point of all the nice armor mods that have nice shoes when you cant really see them

Not really.  Your bound to the camera centering when moving.

thanks all ini edits solved what i wanted so i get the camera i want so can see my whole toon when i play when i choose 3rd person which is most time cept when i want a closer look

 

the ini edits had to be in the main ini and not others use mo so it dont change the actual ini
