Settings for limited cheating

Is is possible to tweak settings so autonomous cheating is unlikely but possible,  for example in the case of very high relationships and high attraction?  I feel like I cannot strike a balance between having cheating be very common with a sim or having it be impossible, but it  takes a long time to test autonomous actions.
