Which mod does this?

So i have a huge mod list. Which makes identifying the root of this problem a bit difficult.

 

Lately ive been having a problem that some mod will teleport 1-3 random NPCS right on top of my PC when a SL scene starts in a building (like an Inn), even if they had no LOS and are in different rooms. Obvously my first guess was Spectator Crowds since thats basically what the mod does but it still happens even with that mod uninstalled.

Are the npc's being teleported always friendly, are they enemies, any more details about what happens next?
