Bound Equipment Enhanced


Overview

This Mod changes all Bound Weapons and Implements Bound Armour Spells as Oblivion had them.
Bound Weapons were the only thing in Skyrim you could summon, and then, you could not summon every Weapon type.
This was something that I did not like, since I actually liked the Idea of Summoned Armours and Weapons.
Oblivion only had the Problem that the Summoned Armours did not really last for long.

And after a long search for something similar, I did not find anything that was close to my idea.
One problem I had with the current Bound Weapons and Armour mods were, that all of them, added this stupid "Ghost Effect" to the Armours and Weapons.
I know, this effect was given by Bethesda, but I liked it the way it was in Morrowind and Oblivion.
So I changed it.


Features

So what is the exact list of changes I do?

 

Weapons

No "Ghost Effect"

Added all missing weapon types as a Bound variant

Stats are the same as Daedric Weapons

Weapons are weightless

Weapons are invisible in your Inventory

Lasts for 120 Seconds

 

Magic Costs (Default)

Battleaxe: 82 - Apprentice (25)

Bow: 95 - Adept (50)

Dagger: 14 - Novice (0)

Greatsword: 235 - Expert (75)

Mace: 91 - Adept (50)

Sword: 60 - Novice (0)

War Axe: 39 - Apprentice (25)

Warhammer: 78 - Apprentice (25)


Armours
All Armour Parts are added

No "Ghost Effect"
Stats are the same as Daedric Armours
Armours are weightless
Armours react to the Perk "Mystic Binding"
Matching set will increase Armour Rating
On Effect end, you will automatically re-equip the Armour you wore before
The Armour can only be cast if it is not active, but you will lose the Required Magicka Cost
When equipping another Armour, the Effect will end
Armour Parts are invisible in Inventory
Lasts for 120 Seconds

 

Magicka Costs (Default)
Boots: 24 - Novice (0) - Light Armour
Cuirass: 100 - Adept (50) - Heavy Armour
Gauntlets: 16 - Novice (0) - Light Armour
Helmet: 24 - Novice (0) - Light Armour
Shield: 216 - Expert (75) - Heavy Armour

 

I am adding a Bound Armour Spell as well, it will give you a full set of the Armour (without the Shield).
It can only be bought from Phinis or Talvas.

 

Both
Spells will decrease Magicka, when having the correct Perk.
You can buy the Spells from merchants that sells Conjuration Spells Like: Talvas Fathryon, Falion, or Phinis Gestor.

 

Optional Files
All Optional files can safely be merged into the main File.

Loot-Table Integration: This plugin will allow you to find the Spells in the World

NPC Integration: This Plugin will give Necromancers and Dremora Bound Armour spells

 

If I forgot something, I will add/correct it.


Installation

I would recommend installing this mod with a Mod Manager that can Handle FOMOD files. (e.g. MO2)
Just put it in your Load order, you can use LOOT to sort your load order. Simply put it below everything that edits the Bound Weapons.
If not, it is possible that some features will not work correctly, since they could be overwritten by another mod.

It will work on existing saves!
Uninstalling any mod from an Active save is never recommended, and I am not taking any responsibility if you do this!


Compatibility

This mod is not compatible with any other mods that is editing the Bound Weapons.
Else, this mod is compatible with everything else.
For the Levelled Lists, do it manually or use a program that can do such things, I only edit 4 - 8 Entries.
This mod comes for German and English Language.
All ESP's are flagged as ESL.


Issues
