Player dismember/mutilation

Hello, I don't know if I am in the right place but there is gore so adult must be fine.

 

I was looking for a mod that I already had a few years ago, it is about mutilation (Not Deadly Mutilations), and although I don't remember if it affects NPCs, the actual player can get off the head which will lead on death (oviously) but also can make the player lose a leg or an arm, which makes the game much more difficult and realist/immersive so you have to think of it twice before starting a fight.

I also remember that it has animations, and when lose a leg, the player falls down and can only crawl.

 

I don't remember much more about that mod...
