AAF_Violate: PC frozen and unreachable following surrender

Hey Community.  Last night my PC was on a house rooftop picking off mutants.  One of them got off a missile before I could cap them, and it caused my PC to stop and surrender.  Problem was, the mutant(s) couldn't get to the roof to advance the scene.  I tried some things (hold surrender key for 5 seconds, try to reset CSE by hotkey) and nothing would un-freeze the PC.  I ended up going back to a previous save.

 

The quest was not registered in the normal way so sqo, sqt and sqs were no help.

 

Does anyone have the magic (console) command to either advance or stop the frozen surrender state and allow things to continue?
